I’ve long held that the sole difference between the “scary vampire” and the “romantic vampire” is solely the gender of the protagonist. If the protagonist is female, it’s “romantic.” If the protagonist is male, it’s about Jude Law moving in next door and seducing your wife, and therefore “scary.”

And let’s not forget who’s really to blame for starting this whole thing. 😂

Maybe this is one without a clear answer because as someone who read the test audience cards on AQUAMAN, I can 100% guarantee you that there is a significant portion of the female population that rates this scene VERY highly.
