07.08.2025 01:08 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Nope, totally possible, hereβs how:
07.08.2025 00:00 β π 1 π 1 π¬ 1 π 0Anyone who believes there is a βmale loneliness epidemicβ is dramatically underestimating the unattractiveness of self-pity.
01.08.2025 20:34 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Ha! Uh, no. It has never been easier for even the most socially crippled of us to meet someone.
There is no βmale loneliness epidemic,β there is an βasshole loneliness epidemic,β because digital dating platforms have leveled the playing field that previously favored them.

The JAWS 50th anniversary is a good time to revisit THE CREATURE FROM THE BLACK LAGOON.

29.07.2025 17:52 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Is this a safe space for me to admit my unironic love of VOLCANO (1997)?
20.07.2025 05:52 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Iβve long held that the sole difference between the βscary vampireβ and the βromantic vampireβ is solely the gender of the protagonist. If the protagonist is female, itβs βromantic.β If the protagonist is male, itβs about Jude Law moving in next door and seducing your wife, and therefore βscary.β
20.07.2025 03:58 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0And letβs not forget whoβs really to blame for starting this whole thing. π
19.07.2025 22:31 β π 9 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Maybe this is one without a clear answer because as someone who read the test audience cards on AQUAMAN, I can 100% guarantee you that there is a significant portion of the female population that rates this scene VERY highly.

19.07.2025 16:54 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Truly. Hollywood will always learn the wrong lesson, both in success and failure.
04.07.2025 19:32 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Publicity and release date had more to do with its failure than the movie itself. Their mistake was just thinking they could just come back and say, βMiss me?β and assume we did. Thereβs too much content vying for our attention to expect that to work these days.

TV industry's ability to punch itself in the face remains undefeated. Star Trek--an OG example of "tv episodes can work each week on their own"--came up with a show, the fun Strange New Worlds, that could RUN FOREVER, so of course they're ending it w/a truncated S5 π€‘ variety.com/2025/tv/news...

Bond is an adolescent's fantasy of being an adult. When I discovered the books as an early teen, the appeal was that he was a grown-up and did grown-up things, not wondering what he was like as a kid. Everything cool about Bond was adult. I've never understood the "junior" idea.
Thinking of a hero I knew and admired.
