I honestly thought people were joking about aches and joint pains truly kicking in for some at 30… but here I am, still a few years off and already dealing with lower back aches 😭 Anybody have advice on how to ease it?

7) The Catcher in the Rye by J.D Salinger. Wasn’t sure as the story reached the middle, but it really grew on me. Holden’s all over the place, but the ending came together brilliantly and I understood it and Holden’s mentality in the end! #booksky

4) The War of the Worlds by H.G. Wells. A classic for a reason and it still holds up! The alien threat feels genuinely real, but it's the human response that hits hardest. More about survival, the human response and resilience than solely focusing on the invasion. Definitely worth the read

Book - SPQR: A history of Ancient Rome by Mary Beard

Unfortunately couldn’t keep to my target (will hopefully catch up throughout the year) but…
3) SPQR by @wmarybeard.bsky.social - fantastic and vivid read that brilliantly explains the origins of Rome from village to empire. Highly recommend if interested in Roman history!
