I understand. But as an American, here are my thoughts. Do you want us to start another Civil War? This is what many of us are afraid of. As someone who has to work in healthcare, a violent uprising would overload or destroy our hospital. Trying to do this in the peaceful way. We’re not passive.

I read tons of books as a kid. It was my escape from everything. “Everything” — meaning things I won’t share here. Reading books made me very smart. I was able to comprehend contexts and vocabulary way beyond my grade level. Read books. Read books to your children. Learn how to read music as well.

I’ve been in therapy for about 8 years now. The work thing happened 2 years ago. Therapist thinks I had PTSD before that from situations prior. Coincidentally the work environment I was in when I was being bullied was in a behavioral health hospital. (I have a bachelors degree now in psych, lol).

I have work bully-related PTSD (and other situations that I won’t share here). I work in healthcare. It can be very toxic. I’m constantly on the lookout to defend myself. It’s hard.
