Ik begrijp ook niet waarom zo veel particulieren kopen in Leuven. Ik vermoed dat potentieel eigen gebruik een groot deel uitmaakt van de keuze. Imo koop je vastgoed best in een regio dicht bij huis. Daar ken je de buurt, weet je wat ondergewaardeerd is en min of meer wat te verwachten
