I have to disagree with you, partially. He calls Trump demented and says "seeming bizarrely to believe", indicating that Trump doesn't know it's a lie, that instead Trump believes it to be a real tattoo.

I'm hearing there's a plan to have Trump run as VP to someone, that someone resigns and that puts Trump back in as President. Technically, he elected to that position. I'm not sure if this is a loophole or not. Any lawyers able to speak to that?

Anyone that voted to confirm Trump's picks that now claim that they would have voted differently had they known how they would perform once in office is either severely lacking in critical thinking skills, out of touch with their constituents, lying, or all of the above. Vote them out.
