I think that focusing on a specific period of time (like the Dylan movie) is somewhat promising. That director also has done music pictures before so I am hopeful.

I was just a PA on the movie but it was one of the first big studio movies I got to work on. One cool thing was that so many of the “effects” were practical, which took a lot of time but were visually arresting. There was a terrific. Canadian, Gordon Smith, who did much of that stuff.

To this day, Rounders was the most enjoyable movie I had the pleasure to work on. Just a blast from start to finish. Jacob's Ladder was fun but a huge slog. Long long days and so many nights. At one point Adrian suggested the entire crew get B-12 shots!
