Sitting for my first ever jury duty, and I'm honestly a little bummed that it seems unlikely that I will be able to participate since I'll be traveling starting Saturday.

A big theater week for me last week. 3 shows, all for really good prices. It's a trend I would like to continue!

We saw, John Proctor is the Villain (already posted), The Mannes Orchestra at Lincoln Center, and Pirates! The Musical with Jinx Monsoon & David Hyde Pierce and they were AMAZING!

That was fun! I got a great deal on John Proctor is the Villain, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Set and sound design was fantastic, not to mention the actors and book itself. I would absolutely recommend.

I'm so happy I decided to change medical providers. Besides using my chosen name and this lovely sign on the screen, the np took his time with me, and not once mentioned BMI or went over the same set of questions to talk to me. I appreciate my previous provider, but this is much more comfortable

I had the nicest 'cat call' today. As I was walking home in the 13 degrees but sunny day, a guy said "hi there sunshine!" I turned to see if he was talking to me, he was, and then he said "you made my day a little brighter." And I'm choosing to believe it's my colorful attire etc.

I fully believe more street cats would help keep the rodent population down, and that we should help them not just send them to shelters. Some want to be feral #brooklyncats

It's soooooo cold in Brooklyn, I was bummed I had to go out and run errands, and so grateful that my apartment has plentiful heat. It was a relief to come home and be safe and warm. I'm so worried about my friends in LA. What's happening in your world?

Another win for me, I didn't grab this vintage Drey's bail jar that has been for free in my lobby. (Well I did but for a friend, so that doesn't count.)

It snowed today in NYC and I didn't get a PTSD response. I'm calling that a massive win! How was your day?
