I just finished Long Live Evil by Sarah Rees Brennan, and it is so good. The meta-conmentary on campy romantasy. The slow reveal of complexity. THAT ENDING.

I found a large house centipede crawling on the inside of the shower curtain liner this morning, while showering, and got my spouse to come catch it while drying off as fast as finally possible.

Ooo, that sounds good! I do something similar: food process some stuffing with cheese, smush it around the inside of a muffin tin, bake for maybe 5 minutes. Then crack an egg into the cavity, top with more cheese, and bake until the egg white is set. My favorite post-Thanksgiving breakfast

Can I read any of these now? No way. I'm currently working, very slowly, though a book of 10 minute stories for 2nd graders. But it's good to have goals?

I was about to recommend Chants of Senaar. The majority of the game is not sneaking, and if you enjoy puzzle games, the little bit of sneaking is far outweighed by the rest of the game

Three of the outer hexes have thick black edging on two sides, but all the other edges are unfinished and awaiting more hexes. Unfinished ends trail off of many of the edges.

I'm knitting a blanket! It's half way done, as long as you ignore the border. Which is going to make all the rest of the hexes take longer. But we're going with "halfway" for motivational purposes.
