perhaps the biggest story TFPever ran was a catastrophically shoddy argument that George Floyd ackshully died of an overdose. When confronted with irrefutable evidence that the piece was simply wrong, Weiss didnβt take it down, she asked her critic, @radleybalko.bsky.social, to come on a podcast.

This is a VERY well crafted lawsuit.
1) Plaintiff is natural born.
2) He was detained 2X in a fast-growing part of Alabama, not in a city that Brett Kavanaugh could be easily duped into believing was all migrants.
3) Unwarranted detentions were on private property.
4) He showed Real ID both times.
The president just gathered the highest ranking officers in the military to tell them that he may order them to kill American citizens -- and that they better follow his orders. All in response to a series of crises that have no basis in reality.
I don't know how to yell any louder.
Donald Trump and Pete Hegseth are easy to underestimate because they act like idiots, but they should not be treated as idiots.
They are dangerous fascists with power and a plan.
Democrats must act, and Republicans with any dignity left need to wake up
NEW: Rachel Maddow drops unseen bodycam footage of feds coordinating the arrest of Newark Mayor Baraka.
I REPEAT: the feds ordered his arrest even though he wasnβt breaking any laws.

22.09.2025 20:10 β π 22 π 5 π¬ 1 π 1The offense for which Kimmel got suspended, too much confidence without evidence that Kirk was killed by someone further to his right, *directly* parallels what people on the right including Laura Loomer, Mike Cernovich, Elong Musk, and Sen. Mike Lee, did after the Minnesota killings.

Great feature today on our co-founder, Toni!
We've got volunteers out all over Missouri collecting signatures (many wearing an easy-to-spot yellow shirt like Toni is in the picture below) - learn more at respectMOvoters.org!

I donβt have a lot of sympathy for very wealthy, privileged people who are capitulating to fascism and/or staying silent because theyβre βscared.β People are being dragged out of their homes and people who could be next are *still* speaking up. Silence wonβt protect you but it emboldens them

Now he is tweeting in support of me.
This is how free political speech and respect for debate *actually works*.

Canceling Jimmy Kimmel show is not about Charlie Kirk, just like going after universities was not about antisemitism and occupying DC was not about fighting crime.

New York, November 22, 2006-The Committee to Protect Journalists marked its 25th anniversary by honoring four journalists with its 2006 International Press Freedom Awards in a ceremony Tuesday night which highlighted record-setting attacks on the press in Iraq. More than 850 people attended the benefit dinner which raised $1.3 million. It was co-chaired by Robert A. Iger, president and chief executive officer of the Walt Disney Company, and John S. Carroll, the Knight Visiting Lecturer at the Joan Shorenstein Center on the Press, Politics, and Public Policy at Harvard University. Christiane Amanpour, CNN's Chief International Correspondent and CPJ board member, hosted the dinner.
Iβm old enough to remember when Bob Iger, whose company recently paid $16 million to settle a meritless Trump lawsuit, and who just indefinitely suspended Jimmy Kimmel under pressure from the Trump administration, was a chair for the **Committee to Protect Journalists** dinner.

The reason all of this is happening under the color of law is hyperconsolidation, dissent being traded straight up for merger approval, or fear of harassment.
