Anyway, seeing that there was a little Sly Cooper graffito easter egg in Ghost of Yōtei is a pretty sad reminder of how the priorities have shifted for such an industry giant.

But what do I know? Many people seem to think the third-person, photorealistic, cinematic experiences they keep churning out are actually the best the medium has to offer. Perhaps I'm Principal Skinner here.

Firing off a half-baked and reductive take here, but I think it's a real shame that Sony Interactive Entertainment has basically made it their business model to make extremely expensive video games for people that don't like video games.

Difficult to imagine the kind of person this would appeal to on either side of this ostensible "thank you" message.
