takeaways from these weeks:
-dumplings take way longer to make than other meals but keep and reheat surprisingly well
-protein pasta is wonderful
-I am running out of ways to use all these tomatoes

breakfast: boiled tofu & edamame with jasmine rice, soy sauce

lunch: butternut squash protein pasta mac & cheese w blanched kale + side of grapes

dinner: Greek bowl w brown rice, chicken feta sausage, tzatziki, cucumber, tomato, and onion

didn’t post my #mealprep last week bc I got distracted with #dvpit, so here’s both weeks!

breakfast: whole wheat english muffin with peanut butter and banana + protein coffee

lunch: chive dumplings (half chicken half tofu) w spinach banchan
