Unironically they should buy up the domains for about 60 defunct local newspapers in swing states. Hire two reporters to write almost exclusively about highschool sports and new restaurants opening with every 10th article about how the local GOP is screwing over people.

At least based on the article, they all took the same actions.

It is interesting that Columbia has withdrawn their penalty against their one student journalist, but Barnard is continuing to threaten theirs. This happened with the WKCR reporters a few weeks ago, too--Barnard was ready to not let their student graduate until WKCR got their lawyer involved

That earlier story is exclusively about Barnard College issuing threats and penalties, and it is telling that in this situation Columbia quickly withdrew the possible penalty from the one Columbia student, but Barnard has kept theirs in place against the other student journalists
