In grade school we took a field trip to the big shelter, and I remember they gave us samples of the emergency food. We each got a hard round lime candy and a pack of saltines.

There is no way to "deport" 29% of the "worst of the worst" of the US without doing crimes, either there or at whereever turns out to be their final destination.
One graduating class from a 1000 person school population would be about 250, and 29% of that 290 would be about 72.
But yes, 29% of the whole school would take about 72 seniors, 72 juniors, 72 sophomores and 72 freshmen.
