Contrary to what the FBI and DOJ have said over the past year, there really is an FBI list of other people suspected of possible wrongdoing in connection with Jeffrey Epstein. Trump, who has denied any involvement with Epstein’s crimes, is on that list, as well as a number of other powerful people.

When you finally find out what Tulsi Gabbard has done to America, remember that every single person in the Trump administration knew, and covered it up.

I think Trump has the blackmail material of Epstein. That's how he gets everyone to go with his plans. It's the reason for silence, everyone just caves in. The ones that fight back are the ones that he has nothing on them. He is the new Epstein.

Finished the Parish a few times & done some running half marathons and I find gels or drinks with isotonics make you feel sick, and food is hard to digest. After lots of trial and error, just plain water and bananas. (And Jaffa Cakes for a treat) but you shouldn't need much at all just for a half

I would say that you don't need much nutrition. Take on water beforehand and I found that nothing else is needed for a half marathon. Maybe drink around halfway would do. You won't need much food, perhaps a banana would be enough. A run/walk beyond 15 miles is when you need nutrition.
