I wonder if the animus among the victims of the Holocaust towards ‘queer’ people, shocks us because we tend to place Holocaust victims on a moral pedestal. Rather than seeing them as fully rounded people. Hey, what do I know.

I was thinking about this pod today. I never gave sex (any iteration thereof) when reading about The Holocaust. Other than perpetrator assaults, and that’s more a power thing.1
