Hi - what are you using to track lactate? I already use visible with a polar monitor but have been interested in (but not known where to start with) looking at lactate levels.

I finally deactivated my twitter account. While I rarely posted, the ability to aggregate my own Covid newsfeed of experts, invested lay people and other long covid patients has been invaluable to my own learning and sanity. I hope I can find that same community here.
