It's not both-sidesing a genocide. Nothing in there is accusing Israel of being in the right. It's accusing a subset of people in the Palestine movement of choosing to create conflict instead of trying to work towards a cease fire through better methods.

People who wanted the hostages freed? You are assuming a lot of bad faith. And frankly, you seem to spend a lot of time going around criticizing leftist Jews who are at all critical of the tactics the Palestine movement has taken. I just think you're looking for a fight.

I swear not enough people seem to honesty about how other people might interpret their actions. They only consider their own intent, never the impact of their actions on others. This isn't a recipe for victory, it's a recipe for self-defeat.

I am. It was a very foolish tactic that made them look heartless. People were extremely upset by October 7, both the murders and the hostages, and pissing on that pain was not helpful. Tactics matter.
