Paying attention and sharing information. Clear eyed and dead set against republicans and republicanism. If you’re not blaming republicans you’re doing it wrong.

Donald Trump has heard the wails and lamentations of all the Rust Belt communities left behind by neoliberalism, and he has a message for them: fuck you and die

House Republicans Take Aim at Red-State Economies President Biden bent over backwards to help left-behind communities get factories and jobs. Their congressional representatives don’t appreciate it.

Donald Trump has heard all his most loyal voters' complaints about how health care sucks in their states, it costs too much and it's a pain in the ass to access, and he has a message for them: fuck you and die bsky.app/profile/murr...

I think I am at the cusp of experiencing a catatonic seizure upon the realization that the entire senior administration is literally no more competent than a first year high school policy debate kid who is barely making the junior varsity squad

we were never meant to know just how fucking stupid and incompetently evil these people are. It is the literal fucking mind shredder. It is why the median voter still doesn’t know things are this bad because it is a self censoring fact. It is literally too fucking much to bear without going insane.

love that we had a whole national reckoning over the media's coverage of Biden's advanced age and none of the scolds who High Horsed us can be bothered to spend even a minute reflecting on the fact that Trump has basically become Mr. Burns in the "Spruce Moose" episode of THE SIMPSONS

These people are evil. Never stop saying so. Don’t be intimidated into shutting up.

The government is shut down because Trump and the Republicans are hellbent on taking health care away from you.

And they won’t even come to the table to talk to us about it.

This is not about politics. It's about people.

Let’s break it down:

The people who refused to vote for Harris are the same people who bitch about “incremental progress.” We would be a lot further along if they weren’t petulant assholes. They handed Trump the matches.

Pritzker is right. They want to normalize troops in cities so they can steal every election just like Putin does.

All of this 💯

There is no budget deal to be made until the unprecedented Article I constitutional crisis ends, & all of the lawless authoritarianism & illegal impoundment is ended & reversed. Otherwise, it’s just successful hostage taking.

Republican elected absolutely hate their constituents and have for decades

It is one part of their constituents grievance, but they love their bigotry too much to support Democrats

Here we go again: when the the press and politicians call some forms of government assistance 'bailouts' but other types 'welfare.'

The idea of a U.S. president, all on his own, levying taxes and appropriating revenue would have been entirely alien to the framers.

Serious question. How is using tariff funds (which were generated by Americans paying higher rates for imported goods) to pay off farmers not Socialism? Also, the farmers voted to increase the tariffs and deport their own work force. Why should I fix what they broke?

07.10.2025 19:05 — 👍 3    🔁 1    💬 0    📌 0

Translation:
Trump will use US citizens' money collected through tariffs to bribe farmers, manufacturers, & families not to bitch about damage to them caused by those tariffs.

He hopes no one is economically literate enough to realize the disaster coming by not using it as promised to PAY DOWN DEBT

Ah sweet so that money I'm paying out for literally everything I buy OTHER than food grown in this country is gonna go to the farmers who grew food we can't eat because they thought they could sell it for more money to China as industrial product or animal feed

07.10.2025 19:27 — 👍 3    🔁 1    💬 1    📌 0

The regime is using tariffs (taxes on all of us and illegal) as an extortion racket to illegally dole out favors to his favored groups to ensure their loyalty.

07.10.2025 20:41 — 👍 0    🔁 1    💬 0    📌 0

So he's taxing all Americans but only giving the revenue back to a few politically important groups?

07.10.2025 21:02 — 👍 1    🔁 1    💬 0    📌 0

So the American taxpayer eats it twice, once on tariffs and again on a second farm bailout. I’m glad farmers are getting help, no one should lose their farm, but it’s remarkable how fast “socialism” stops being a dirty word when the checks clear in red counties.

We aren’t just outside the bounds of normal constitutional operations; we’re several standard deviations outside anything America has ever experienced before. We can clearly see what’s happening is wrong—illegal and unconstitutional—and the actors who can do something about that just … aren’t.”

A crash not in the plane crash or car crash sense, but in the medical sense—we’re living through the ER-style flatlining of our healthy 249-year-old constitutional order. In effectively a single blink of the historical eye, we’ve seen our entire constitutional system simply … stop.

There is no budget "deal" to be made President Trump has so broken the constitutional framework as to make joint normal, responsible government impossible.

If appropriations bills are not seen as enforceable contracts, why should any Member of Congress vote to fund any part of the federal government under Donald Trump? You're voting to provide money for lawlessness. www.doomsdayscenario.co/p/there-is-n...
