I was never spoken to or acknowledged by the Business flight attendants. I got two glasses of water in a plastic cup and a Celebration cookie with about 20 seconds of total service time by my flight attendant. It was a long 5.5 hours. 2/2

I just had a notable seat upgrade experience on an Air Canada AirBus 330-300 jet. I was given Preferred seat 18G, first Economy row. All I saw was the Business Class section getting served multiple rounds of beverages, snacks, dinner on porcelain, hearing every round of engaging conversation. 1/2
