i think i need to quit drinking whenever i’m by myself, i woke up feeling so sad and lonely this morning

i need to stay consistent with alternate day fasting. i want to lose as much weight as i can before my birthday so that gives me 8 weeks, i got this

i miss that and the monthly trackers! but i absolutely refuse to get back on twt rn just for those

i’ll definitely check that out! i haven’t been consistent with working out lately 😭 so it’d probably kick my ass and be a great workout too
