"My Planning Board colleagues nudged Boulder one step closer to eliminating family-based residential occupancy limits[...] including recommending striking all references to cooperative housing from our municipal code. Co-ops have their own chapter there!"

As most cooperative and intentional communities know, city and county codes largely shape and control what it is possible to imagine and build. It seems the city of Boulder is making progress in understanding the value citizens dedictated cooperative living bring. Let's hope this is a trend!
