Military courts convicting civilians can never be lawful and justified. Govt. should not refrain from conducting trials in civil courts if it really possess credible evidence of crimes against those held in military custody. What the Govt. is doing is nothing but validating authoritarian regime.

While Pakistan has
660,000 active duty soldiers.
291,000 paramilitary (Rangers, Fc,Levis etc).
550,000 reserver soldiers.
