I ate an apple straight off the core today while sitting on my couch, and I’m honestly so upset about it. That is outdoors/hiking behavior. In the future, if I’m gonna have a couch apple, it 100% needs to be sliced.

Been reading How to be an Epicurean by Catherine Wilson. It’s my first formal intro to the philosophy, and I’m finding that it aligns very closely to the moral guide I have outlined for myself post-Mormonism. Very much enjoying it!

The -culinary teacher- at my son’s HS got fired. I’m shocked. And upset.

My oldest child is taking Econ, Gov, -and- Multicultural Lit online this semester in HS. And damn, what a doozy of a trio for ✨These Times✨. Also, I get to listen to it all, and discuss with him, since he sits at the table to work. We are staying stressed.
