The worst part is that the blocks of 14th St aren't time limited, when they should be to give people closer access to the building for say unloading cars. Instead they're limitless overnight parking for permit holders and people park their cars there for six months on end.

While I generally agree with you, Dump does have leverage over the NFL. He could start campaigns to strip the NFL's anti-trust or he could screw with the TV schedule bill that governs having only college on Saturdays and NFL on Sundays for four months of the year.
