Twenty years on and I still think this is the most breathtaking sequence ever put in a videogame. Testament to the fact that scale and awe are not virtues of graphical horsepower alone

I did have a day of rest but they've said the power is back on now but I still dont want to go in tomorrow cause its my actual day off, I already asked them to use a paid day off for me yesterday, and I wouldn't be able to work a full 8 tomorrow so I'd just be losing pay if I went...

so far its been trying to study how they are drawn in the show and then adapt that into my own style so the way I draw them will likely change as I draw them more

we've been rewatching #XmenEvolution (we actually only have the final left to watch)
but it has compelled me to try drawing some of the characters (with hopefully more to come)

even with that tho I agree with you like as an artist and just as someone who enjoys fiction when I get invested in a character I get like fully invested in their whole life and exploring all of that as tho they are a real person and the life they have lived

I've personally seen it more treated in people trying to like perform activism for fictional characters?
I wish I could remember the last time I saw it tossed around but know it was in a situation like that and them disregarding any harm to actual living people

Called again and text the store manager
No response at all

drove to work and it was dark
tried calling and no one answered the phone
so I'm assuming we are closed and I went home (not a problem I have a ton of paid time off I can use)

Its hella windy here and my store lost power at like 3pm today
I just got a call saying we might not get power back for 2 to 3 days??

Feeling a lot of feelings lately

I wanted to draw the ARMS Fighters all dressed up for winter but idk when I'll get around to fully finishing everyone (my hand is getting sore from trying to do clean lines and coloring)
