Does anyone know what’s going on inside the this party lately? Last I’ve heard was some party members were trying to get Falcon removed from the party but were unsuccessful due to the party not having enough funding to hold a leadership review, along with a former MLA forming the new CentreBC party.

So did the #BCUnited party finally fold as a #party? The party’s #website seems to finally have disappeared, as it now loads just a blank page.

First, Pierre Poilievre voted against the Canadian Dental Care Plan.

Then, he spent a year pretending it didn’t exist — now he wants you to believe that he would protect it.

“I've been seeing these around town today. I'd like to say as a conservative this kind of behaviour is very immature. Not saying this is an act of conservatives. I'm not sure who is vandalizing these signs. This is an election and should be a peaceful election. There shouldn't be any political signs being vandalized. Doesn't matter who you're voting for. Let's show maturity in our community.” Photos are at the bottom of the post, which have been uploaded separately in this post with their own alt text.

Good, looks like #AaronGunn is losing popularity in #NorthIslandPowellRiver after his #racism, but geez people, #Liberals are absolutely not the #strategicvote here. It’s #NDP or bust.

Despite the incumbent being an #NDP #MP, the NDP is in second place behind the #Conservative in that riding. #Strategicvoters must #vote for the NDP in #NorthIsland-PowellRiver.

This image shows a vote and seat projection for the Canadian federal election as of April 1, 2025, based on 338Canada’s aggregation model.

Popular Vote Projection:
	•	Liberal Party (LPC): 43% ± 5% (▲ increasing)
	•	Conservative Party (CPC): 38% ± 4%
	•	New Democratic Party (NDP): 8% ± 2% (▼ decreasing)
	•	Bloc Québécois (BQ): 6% ± 1%
	•	Green Party (GPC): 3% ± 1%

Seat Projection (172 needed for a majority):
	•	Liberals: 191 [164-220] (▲ increasing, possible majority)
	•	Conservatives: 126 [101-150] (▼ decreasing)
	•	Bloc Québécois: 18 [9-27] (▼ decreasing)
	•	NDP: 7 [1-13] (▲ slightly increasing)
	•	Greens: 1 [0-2]

This projection suggests the Liberals are in a strong position, possibly securing a majority government, while the Conservatives are trailing. The NDP and Bloc seem to be struggling, with the Greens likely to hold minimal representation.

In addition, it also supports the #Poilievre plan to #defund the #CBC and #publicbroadcasting. Also, it's rather biased towards #Quebec when this is a #federal #election, not a #provincial one. #FrenchCanadians, including #Quebecois, should watch the commission's debate on CBC instead.

Reasons why it was a good thing that @mark-carney.bsky.social was right to refuse the @tvanouvelles.ca debate: The $75k fee to participate as well as the decision to exclude the #GreenParty are reasons why it should not be supported over the commissions debate.

It’s a federal election, not a provincial one. The debates should focus on all national issues, not just provincial ones. Plus, the entry fee and exclusion of the Green Party despite having seats as an insult. Québécois can just watch the national debate with the national issues and the Green Party.
