In the six years since Colorado implemented the ban they haven’t had to enforce it even a single time, this is a nonsense case that only goes to prove this SCOTUS is planning on doing whatever they want despite the rules of their own judicial body

It’s frankly unconscionable that the SC even heard the arguments yesterday as Chiles has never practiced this kind of therapy, has not had the ban enforced against her by Colorado, and Colorado says they don’t plan on enforcing it against her at the moment. This is a case entirely based on rhetoric

Just to be clear, Chiles vs Salazar, a challenge to Colorado’s ban of conversion therapy being taken on by the Supreme Court right now is a wedge issue and it won’t be long after they overturn those anti-conversion therapy laws in 25+ states that we see Masterpiece Cakeshop or Obergefell challenged
