From Noon, yesterday, Thursday, Nov. 20 thru 5pm today Friday. Nov. 21, a total of 30 hourly observations, the temperature was stuck between 42°F & 45°F in Lincoln (5 hours 42°F; 15 hours 43°F; 5 hours 44°F, 6 hours 45°F). Thick cloud cover this time of year result in near constant temperatures
