There's a terrific page on the Money Saving Expert website where you can find out if you can reduce your car insurance by tweaking your job title. Remarkably if you say you're a ventriloquist your insurance is more than 5× dearer than being a magician.

I always wash new clothes partly because once in a shop I saw that someone had jizzed on some women’s cycling shorts - on the actual shop floor.
