A request is currently "On Hold" with zero communication as to why so that I can use PUT/DELETE (so users can update or delete a record).

Very standard shit needed to run a website - I got zero friction at former host when making requests - this one has so far been an uphill battle!

What I've experience thus far with this move, is all the things I've feared about moving away from a hosting provider that has been great!

Its unfortunate that there are not more VPS providers located in Canada.

So far not impressed with the support at my new VPS and has me questioning this move.

Told it supported Laravel - friction with each request to get the server set up to support it.

May well pay for an extra month at the old host in case I have to reverse course.
