Don't ignore the comics. They honestly do a solid job of hitting all the Lower Decks comedy and drama notes. I do miss the series though. My favorite Trek behind DS9.

It's not just you. I'm enjoying the season still, but the screenwriting has been a little rough. That 'water' line also elicited a serious face palm from me, combined with the fact that the 'pilot' character had the engineering skills to fashion it in the first place.

I just got the virgin version today. Even among her huge collection of covers, this one really stood out as especially good.

Blessed day. I finally caught up on my comic reading back log. I was nearly behind by a whole long box of floppies. On the other hand, that pile of trades that was sitting next to the comic pile........ I guess I should get started on that.

I rarely variant collect, but DSTRLY has been making it tough. I probably have 2 (at least) variants of every issue of every DSTRLY title to date. Warm Fusion has not changed that particular collecting trend.

Not really a super reader, so I rarely buy them (like 3% of my collection is Marvel/DC), but this is definitely one of those covers I may make an exception for. It's stunning.

If you have seen him speak in any context, 'Warfighter" and "Warfighting" are used as often as common Trumpism's in Trump speeches ( for example, "like we have never seen before"). It is a fixation of sorts somewhere in his psyche.

Taxes filed. Procrastination temporarily defeated (until tomorrow and it starts again). 30 years of tax filing and this is the first time I have ever owed the government money. I'm not sure how I feel about that.

So I guess that means we should expect to see some heavy shilling for The Expanse: A Little Death on Kickstarter tomorrow?
