Any idea what was going on in Roxbury this afternoon, 10/6, around 3:30 PM? Lots of blue lights at El Plantanero and lots of cops on Moreland St?

The (4) off-street parking spots proposed, plus proximity to Cummins Hwy, River St, and Mattapan MBTA Station = strong transit access.
