Sometimes the robot vacuum misses a spot, but that's OK. It's only a robot that wanders aimlessly around my house. It doesn't make me annoyed or mad if it does something silly. I struggle with giving that kindness to myself, so it's much better to let the robot do it.

Also, it gives me an excuse to use the air compressor (cleaning out the filters), which also brings me joy, except when it's very cold and I have to use the air compressor in the confines of the garage. I should get some ear protection for when I do that...

I love my robot vacuum. It doesn't have any connectivity, nor any knowledge of the layout of my home. It wanders to and fro, gently bumping into things, and yet my floor ends up much cleaner than if I tried to vacuum it myself, because I always miss some stuff no matter what.
