Re Higgs v Farmor's School, it's somewhat odd how at [68] Underhill LJ states that in Page v NHS the Court held "there had been an interference with his right to manifest his beliefs under article 9", citing [52]-[63] of Page, when at [51] of Page Underhill LJ says the CA did not determine the issue
