The International Energy Agency (IEA) got plenty of critique for bringing back the Current Policies Scenario (CPS).
I think it was a good idea to bring back. Let me explain why...

#COP30 is about people and urgent action to improve lives.
In BelΓ©m, Brazil, leaders have come together to turn ambition into action, linking climate efforts to peopleβs lives.
UNEP is at the heart of it all with bold solutions.

I live in Oslo, and usually have a bit of both. My solution to the darkness in the afternoons and evenings is to close the curtains and keep it pretty light inside. Rather lower temperature and higher amount of lumens than the opposite. I also strongly recommend taking ice baths for mental health :)
10.11.2025 09:59 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Guys, I love winter, especially when it's dry and powdery. The best part is the ice-bathing, which I really miss in the summer! I also love the light and the sunsets on snowy landscapes, and skating on lakes if I'm lucky. But as you point out, keeping warm is rudimentary to thrive
