I LOVE scissors in the kitchen. My now adult children have taken that love into THEIR homes! One of my favorite ways to use is in shredded cabbage mix to make coleslaw. It's usually too roughly chopped, so I use scissors to make it a little finer before adding my dressing. One handed on each circle.
