USDOT has no authority to end congestion pricing

MTA and the state of NY knew they would face this fight when they implemented the program after the fall elections. They also knew they were on good legal ground to do so.

I mean, really, why should they do anything to alter congestion pricing when USDOT no longer has any authority. Tell them to do twenty years of studies, public meetings, environmental analysis, etc.

Even if there is a court injunction at some point, NYC should tell Trump to fuck off. Musk & Trump are ignoring the law, why should MTA tolerate it?
