Shred 50 of the lil guys to bits and pack their cells in a blob, and that blob will grow into a new Hydra... albeit with a few extra heads!

The last day of lectures at #LISH25 starts with Gustavo Medeiros presenting applications of light sheet microscopy to #organoid research. @priscaliberali.bsky.social lab. Gustavo is a physicist and a creative artist and the walk-up song delivers that message. Video in thread.

#LISH25 day 10 ushered in by Claudia Gerri from @mpi-cbg.de introducing us to the wonderful world of mammalian early embryo development, implantation and #placenta interactions. Showing light sheet data from ex #LoPaT - Michi Burkon 💕. Walk-up song with Italian flair came with sweets.

Day four of #LISH25 begins with a powerful presentation by @loicaroyer.bsky.social on digitizing zebrafish development, combining light-sheet and single-cell data. Loïc took the #walk-up song to another level, improvising on the piano as his massive fish development visualisation played. Beautiful.
