Postdoc extraordinaire @ireneon.bsky.social got to the bottom of a particularly vexing conundrum: The GPCR melanocortin receptor 4 (MC4R) is barely detectable in cilia, yet its localization to cilia is absolutely critical to body weight homeostasis.
