Missed CNY Pride today bc I woke up with an awful migraine and spent the morning/early afternoon getting rid of that just so I could work on this proposal tonight; big sad about not being able to go 😞

i got to the writing spot I wanted to before my meeting with my chair this afternoon; while I think I’ve got a bit more to do for the first draft of this proposal before monday, I am feeling such relief that I’ve gotten this bunch done!!

Trader Joe’s soup dumplings are simply my easiest and most reliable “meal” when I don’t have capacity to cook and don’t really have the desire/want to eat anything.

So much so that someone would have told me that I’m gonna turn into a soup dumpling one day if I was a kiddo.

the more I write of this literature review, the more I feel like I’m slipping into a dark hole of my mind, and the more I am grateful for my bestie who is gonna proof read/suggest edits for me to work on before I turn it into my chair on monday 😵‍💫

I did a quiz of how many RPDR queens you could name in 25 minutes (Regular and All Stars Seasons) and I got 87% (293/338) - I don’t know how I feel about this, but I do wish I could recall academic information with such ease 😅 or that I could write this dissertation easier than it’s going right now

This morning’s dissertation meeting literally gave me a headache, a bit more direction, a new book to read, and a wave of crippling anxiety… time to go to take a nap and restart my day in the afternoon.
