I don’t understand why that was wrong then. 18 months ago the IDF was reacting to an attack on Israeli territory & citizens (that it failed to prevent, a tactical & moral disaster). If I’m reading this right the plaintiff is claiming he’s “a father” but he can’t be, because the woman he says was pregnant by him is married to someone else. If the pregnancies were real & had resulted in a baby, that baby ain’t his anyway. Can’t they find any facts for their stupid legal theories?

Also, there is a relevant legal standard: a child of the marriage is the child of the mother’s husband. It’s not rebuttable, for the very good reason that otherwise any rando can say he knocked up my wife & demand custody, making her prove he’s not the dad. Which would cause issues, as it does here.
