Correct. I believe there is an argument that it doesn’t waive things that are grounds of inadmissibility and not removability like drug possession but I’ve never had a client who received a pardon so haven’t done that deeply into it.

I am very concerned that Biden’s pardoning of Hunter will lead to Trump following through on his promise to pardon the January 6th people.
