After reading about how Shooter didn’t like publishing anything that didn’t fit neatly into the main continuity I have to wonder how many of these were done to appease in house talent that wanted their passion projects published.

I found a copy of that recently for cheap but it wasn’t a first printing.

Low key collecting goal is to find all of the Marvel Graphic Novels. I have a fair chunk of them right now.

I was never a DC guy so his work was a revelation to me.

I had looked high and low for a copy of this for a long time.

Finally found a copy along with a stack of other Marvel Graphic Novels at a sale last year. $5 bucks each. All first prints. All like new.

He did so many great covers on this series alone.

Great choices. Here is my copy of #1.

Confusing volume with intelligence is what got us in this predicament in the first place.

As individual panels they are exquisite but if they were looking for sequential story telling these don’t do that. It’s a shame because I can only imagine how he would have drawn Aunt May.

I see so many books from this time period with names written on them. Ran into a beautiful run of early Witching Hours but everyone of them had a name written across them very boldly and you could tell it was done by a kid’s mom.

I almost went with that.

Remember all the horror stories they claimed there were about how Hillary Clinton treated her secret service detail? I’m sure those pale in comparison to the bullshit that’s taking place with the members of this administration.
