Same in UK. Building reservoirs now bit should have started 20 years ago. Not a quick fix. Science tends to be on the money with forecasts

They need to stop fighting each other and start fighting the other parties. They will never win against right wing media so just keep going forward. And labour, sort out your comms.

Some of the best scientists I now love art. It makes you think laterally. That's where the ideas come from.

You never hear the argument about using less water from companies until there is a drought. Easiest first fix and a no brainer!

Politicians have known about this for 30 years. No excuses, wet winters (floods) dry summers (drought) is a new normal. Scientists in govt have been moving forward, whatever idiots elsewhere might think. A bit late but some of future plane are laid out here www.ofwat.gov.uk/regulated-co...

Live in UK and we have the NHS. Has been run into the ground by right wing govt hoping people go private. Its amazing. When my daughter was born a very rich lady came into maternity. Her Dr from private hospital was saying this is the best care. Private just does high revenue work.

I agree. Love the seasons. A friend in Australia has blue skies pretty much year round. Seasons are the thing he misses from back in UK.

Similar story in UK. Houses unaffordable for young people. It used to be regulated and housing affordable. Deregulation and the supposed golden age ends like this. Ditto... pollution in rivers, health care costs, poor building regs. Lets just stop paying taxes and we can use our money how we want.

A few of these policies happen in London. To be honest people seem fine with it. Sure its the same in other big cities of the world. What's the issue?
