In 2015 Harrell supported a budget slip pre election put forward by Sawant to fund a municipal broadband pilot, then voted against it after election.

Harrell and his endless "I'm from these streets" is a call to stick with the Seattle Process. It's a message to homeowners that only their voice counts. It a campaign to do the bidding of business. Wilson is a chance to join the 21st century and sweep away the cobwebs

City planners did all the overdone outreach process, got told everyone supports bus lanes, didn’t like that outcome so they opted for a closed door private meeting with the 4 people who didn’t like bus lanes and said we must cancel them
