He’s actually my rep. My brain is good and I didn’t vote for him. The legislature changed the maps trying to take away the blue dot. Didn’t work totally, but kept Bacon in office.

Exactly this. Hospitals are a business (unfortunately) and they will not wait until they start losing money.

Ok so most take effect 12/31/26. One hospital in rural Nebraska already announced closure. In part due to anticipated cuts. There should be some impact prior to the November elections. But you’re right, the full impact will likely be after.
