Re: that 2nd pic. Interesting that all 3 Nicollet alternative options reduce the number of residents and jobs living within a 5-minute walk or roll of bus stops. 😒 Walkshed is also smaller for all 3 options. How is that pedestrian friendly? (Rhetorical question, I think I know the answer.)

Bookmarking Kate’s series on Wagner so that I can read it back to back with Jelinek’s “Rein Gold”once I get my hands on a copy from my library.
