In 2020 a neo-Nazi attacked an immigration law firm named in the Mail off the back of government briefings and criticism of "activist lawyers". Priti Patel, at least, should have been made to resign. But the trial took so long it can only be fully reported now.

Dementia is the UK’s biggest killer – we need political action to save lives - Alzheimer's Research UK Dementia was the UK’s biggest killer in 2022, accounting for more than one in ten of all deaths across the country. In total, it claimed more than 74,000 lives.

New analysis from Alzheimer’s Research UK shows that dementia remains the UK’s biggest killer.

To change this, we’re asking the government to prioritise investment in much-needed research.
