Colombia has a free trade agreement with the USA. US companies are doing good business there. I presume there will be reciprocal tariffs that affect US food producers, specialist plant manufacturers and even aerospace.

He hasn't reversed any decision. He rejected permission to land for 2 US military flights. That remains the case. His original statement did not reject the return of Colombians, it only demanded that they be treated with respect.
