Essa semana saiu um artigo meu na The Hearth Magazine, uma revista de RPG em inglês, falando sobre minha experiência como parte de um projeto social que leva a criação artística por meio do RPG para crianças da periferia em São Paulo.

E somos latinos sim, somos do sul global sim.

Vá à merda quem quer diminuir o trabalho dos outros e fazer competição de minoria.

Fazem muito pouco por criadores de RPG nacional que não sejam da sua panelinha e depois vem falar merda.

Eu e todos que eu conheço começaram criando para o público BR, se decepcionaram, cansaram, migraram para um público mundial - não é só gringo que fala inglês - e tão produzindo até hoje.

E ainda assim eventualmente escrevemos em PT.BR quando tem público, ou quando temos tempo e ânimo.

E nem se trata só ou principalmente de dinheiro. É claro que o público BR tem menos grana pra gastar com pdf de RPG.

Escrever RPG indie em português é, a não ser em poucos e sortudos casos, pedir pra ser ignorado e diminuído.

Eu queria muito produzir em português. Mas quase ninguém mais quer.

Não entro em treta de internet faz tempo porque é inútil, mas isso aqui me pega muito.

TODOS os criadores de jogos BR que escrevem majoritariamente em inglês que eu conheço, eu incluso, começaram a priorizar o inglês porque o público interno não dava a mínima.
